Vacancy: Clubhouse Manager

AFC Oldsmiths is seeking a Clubhouse Manager to run basic catering services and help support the matchday experience for players and officials.

You do not need extensive experience in bar or kitchen management. We are just looking for somebody to take on a handful of responsibilities that players currently take on voluntarily.

A perfect job for an organised people person and a bonus for anyone who enjoys football too.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure clubhouse is ready for players and officials to arrive in after the game
  • Ensure each team (home and away) and any matchday officials receive their post-match meal
  • Staff a small matchday bar
  • Ensure clubhouse is left in a good order at closing time

Desired Requirements

  • Takes an interest in football and the success of Goldsmiths and Oldsmiths football teams
  • Takes an interest in developing the matchday experience, including improving the Clubhouse environment
  • Takes an interest in the ethical responsibilities of the club, including mental health, inclusivity and community work

Pay Rate

£12.50 per hour (£50 a match)

Working Hours & Location

  • Saturday 1.30pm – 5.30pm
  • Loring Hall Sports Ground, Sidcup, DA14 5ES (Nearest station is Albany Park. Lifts in a car may be available)
